Plan IV ZeroDown Payment If order is under US$100, the seller can send painting first to the buyer without any prepayment. After receiving the painting, if the buyer approves the quality, the buyer pays Mr.WangZhaoHui via Western Union within one week. If the buyer does not approve the quality, the buyer needs only to send back the painting to the seller by FedEx within one week.
